I pulled mine off two weeks ago, and you just have to put your back into it. I used the wrench with the longest handle for more leverage. Try spraying it with some PB Blaster or WD-40.

Step 1. Goto Autozone and get a can of PB Blaster

Step 2. Spray all the nuts and bolts holding the hitch on with can of PB Blaster

Step 3. Wait 24 hours

Step 4. Get a 1/2" drive breaker bar and appropriately sized sockets

Step 5. Turn bolt to the left... lefty loosie righty tightey

Step 6. Realize how easy that was and wonder why on earth I posted on the internet that I didn't know how to take a bolt out.

My old Triumph mechanic taught me this trick. Cuss it....then kick it..then walk away and smoke a cigarette. Then come back and sweet talk her. Works every time
