Recommendations on mechanic/shop in VA

I searched threads throughout to try and find one related to a good toyota shop or mechanic recomendations. I have a 97 4runner w/120,000 miles. I do the scheduled maintenance and the truck runs great, but I do alot of driving and like to stay ahead of the game. I want to find a good shop in or near the Fredericksburg VA area that knows toyotas well.

On a sidenote, out of curiosity.. how much does a typical engine rebuild cost for a 3.4L. (approx) I don't need one now, but if the cost is right I dont see anything wrong with going through it now or soon.

Thanks in advance

I dont think that its anything in particular that I need done. I have pretty much done through the truck and will be finishing the service schedule for my mileage within the next month. I've owned the truck since 50k and know the history since owning, but I guess I just worry when the truck should probably have about 180K by years end. Just didnt know if a rebuild early is even worth it.... kinda why I wanted to find a good Toyota mechanic.

I've heard of Ironpig and have talked to him on the other forum, but wasnt sure if they were mostly dealing with LC's and custom exterior modifcations rather than mechanical.

No thanks... Richmond is not that far and usually go there on weekends. I'm browsing the RVA forum now.
