rear windows wont go down all the way

rear windows wont go down all the way

95 runner.i havent used the rear winows at all in over a yr and now when i try to put them down they go about 1/2 way then get tight and stop.can i some how free them up?maybe spray the tracks or something?

First, try some silicone lubricating spray in the tracks.

If that doesn't do the trick, the motors are likely going bad.
