So my rear (40%) seat is stuck down. No amount of pulling the strap works. It seems like when you pull, you are pulling against a wall, no give at all. Are there any tricks to getting stubborn seats to rotate so I can put the seat back down??

 

just seems like you need to look at what its caught on. you dont want to force it and break something...

 

bottle jack?

seriously, inspect the hinges for foreign objects (coins, etc)

try pushing the seat bottoms foward as you pull up.

did you set something extremely heavy on it?

maybe the bottle jack idea isnt so bad...

 

Check and see if you got a seat belt stuck in where the strap catches. If you pinch the belt in there as well it'll get stuck good.
