Radiator help

I have an 87 4Runner, 4 cylinder, manual, 4x4 and just bought a new radiator for it. The original radiator had two ports at the bottom. One for the coolant and the other was the drain.

The new plastic / aluminum radiator has the same shape and fits right in, however there are two other smaller ports on the bottom of the radiator covered with clear tubing on the ends.

I can't find anything online explaining this, so I've turned here. I hope you can help. Please tell me what they should run to if anything or have I bought the wrong radiator?

I have posted three pictures on this link: http://picasaweb.google.com/skibjork/ToyotaRadiator#

Two pictures are of the two brass ports sticking out of the new radiator and the third pic is of the old radiator with its two ports only.

Thanks!

Those are automatic transmission coolant passages. No need to worry about those since yours is a manual transmission, which does not use those ports.
