question about compressor choice

Well I was looking into getting a train horn kit for my truck soon and had a quick question. Can a Viair 280c compressor operate ARB air lockers? I will be getting air lockers in year or 2 so I was hoping that this compressor would be able to operate them.
Here's a link to the train horn kit I want.

Here's the 280c stats.

Gear-less Direct Drive Motor
Anodized Aluminum Alloy Cylinder
Automatic Reset Thermal Overload Protector
Mounting Plates with Vibration Isolators
Stainless Steel Braided Leader Hose
Inline Check Valve
Remote Mountable Inlet Filter
Voltage: 12 Volt
Max Amperage: 15 Amps
Max Working Pressure: 150 PSI
Max Restart Pressure: 200 PSI
Max Ambient Temp: 158°F
Min Ambient Temp: -40°F
Motor: Permanent Magnetic
Max Duty Cycle @ 100 PSI: 30%

In my opinion the 280c looks like a better compressor, but I just didn't know if it would work with the air lockers.

Well i've been looking around and I think i'm just gonna build my own setup, it would be alot cheaper, so now a new question. Which, if either, of these compressors would be better for an air locker setup.

An ARB locker takes the smallest volume of air to lock--pressure is all really--about 90 psi if I remember correctly. The compressors you are looking out are overkill for running lockers but you will like them for pressurizing a tank for tires and tools.
Only problem I see is that you will need to regulate up to about 175 psi to run your horns and then back to 90 for the lockers. Easy to install with your OBA system.

Okay, there will be a pressure switch before the tank set at the compressors max duty cycle, so if I run 2 separate lines from the air tank, 1 to the lockers with a 90psi pressure switch and 1 to the horns with no pressure switch, would that be okay? Oh and which of the 2 compressors would better suit my needs, the 100% duty one or the 33% duty one?

Thank you for the help.

Edit: Well I found an explanation on what duty cycle is so I think i'm gonna go with the 350c.

Your compressor will likely come with the leader hose and inline check valve. You will then need a coalesing filter to filter out water and any oil discharged from the compressor (may not be necessary depending upon the compressor you choose and whether you live in a humid climate or will wheel in one)
--then you will need an adjustable regulator preferably with a pressure gauge and downline from that you will need a small tank with a pressure switch to turn the compressor on and off to maintain the pressure you need. The tank is also and excellent place to add a blow off/safety valve set at your compressor's max pressure or below--you will need about 175 psi or so to run your horns well so make sure your compressor is rated for at least that.
Down line from this you will need to run two air lines off of the tank. One to your Horns and the second to another adjustable regulator with pressure gauge to regulate the pressure down to a resonable level to activate your lockers.
For regulators and filters, valves, and pneumatic switches and such, I really like Norgren parts-- they are German made and are of peerless quality.
