Paint questions
Getting ready to paint the ol' 83 and I saw this link:

If you have done this, how did it turn out? Any advice? I am thinking about painting my currently black truck yellow. What should I do to prep, and will the yellow even cover the black?
I'm also going to put herculiner in the cab, but should I POR-15 it first? There is only minor surface rust, with a little more where moisture sat by the cab mounts. For those of you who have done this, what are your recommendations?
I could probably think of a million more questions, but these will get me well on my way to starting my project. Thanks!

I Sell POR-15 and Know how troublesome Rust can be and what starts as surface rust can and will quickly turn it a NIGHTMARE.
