Oil starved?!?

Hey guys, I read a post awhile back about someone climbing a hill and because their "oil pan was tilted, their truck was being starved of oil and picked up a knock.". I was just wondering, is this true? If so what angle would that happen? I don't take my stock 2wd Taco to it's limits but I'd like to climb as steep of a hill as my truck will allow me. (with out breaking it!) Thank you for any replys, even if it's just to say "your a retard and it isn't true" haha Thanks guys!

My Durango would have the oil pressure drop to 0 on really steep inclines going down. So, there is some truth to this. I was curious if this was true with Toyota's too.

My friend who has an FJ80 had this happen to him in Martinez Canyon, again on a steep slope headed down, but he just blew it off. So, I'm curious about this one too.
