Oil pressure

Ok so here's the deal I don't have hardly any oil pressure.when cold I start it it has 70 psi the it starts falling off from there. When it warms up I have around 5psi at idle and at 3000 rpm it is Around 25psi.I just rebuilt my 22re for the second time.it was bored 30 over and the crank turned 10 thousandths. I plastgAuged all the bearing journal an there all at factory spec the rings too. I thought at first the sending unit went bad so I put in a wet gauge and it is still low or so I think.does anyone have any idea. I'm getting ready to try a new oil put and 20 50 oil put I have tAlked to several mechanics and no can figure it out. Any help would be great appreciated. Thanks

Unless yo live on the SUN, do not se 20/50. Good oil flow = cooling and lubrication, so use say a good 5/30 syn blend. Yota oil gauges aren't that accurate. PS try pushing peanut butter through a straw, high pressure, LOW flow, get my drift. The start up needs the 5 weight.
