Oil pan removal - help!
OK... So I feel like a clown asking this but here goes:
I need to run a new bead of FIPG on my oil pump and oil pan, so I droppped the diff, pulled off the timing belt, etc... Got the pan unbolted.. and here is my problem: How do I seperate the pan from the block. The FIPG is like superglue! I know in the FSM it says to use SST #... Which I dont have. I dont want to jam a screwdriver in there in fear on bending the lip of the pan. I don't know that I could even get a swing on a hammer to hit the screwdriver anyways.
Help out a fellow Toyota guy!
Thanks!
