Odd brake pad

I have a 92 Toyota pickup and every where I go they keep selling me pads that don't fit. For some reason my truck has smaller front pads 4 1/4" wide not sure if at some point the truck had the calipers changed but I need new pads and I hope someone can help me with a part number or something. Thanks
