New brembo rotors and runout

I have new rotors on order fro my 2001 Runner. The instructions say to check runout before installing pads. Other than having to buy a dial guage how important is this for Brembo. I could see it on cheaper rotors but I was not
planning on a dial guage as part of the expense.

From: Fountain Valley, CA (so cali)
when you bolt the rotors to the hub it CAN and WILL distort them. you should turn them after they are bolted to the hub to make sure they are true to the hub

Well I am totally confused now. The intent of new rotors was to not turn the old ones. Also I must be missing something but when I bolt them to the hub I will have the wheel on so measuring anything is out unless you mean to use the lug bolts to attached them without the wheel just for checking. By the time I buy a dial guage and new rotors I probab ly could have just paid Toyota to do this...
