MAF in 2000 4 runner

Any help in replacing this? I have a 6 cyl and I am needing to replace the MAF. How difficult is it? Any help or tips would be great thanks.

ahh, the good old mass air flow sensor, should be easy enough. It is located on the intake tube right after the air box. It kind of clips on to the intake tube. Just unclip, cut the wires, splice the wires into the new one, and clip back on. If you've done any type of electrical work, it should not be a problem. It might even just unplug, I don;t remember from doing mine, but it is easy nonetheless.

No cutting required if you're just replacing the MAF. Disconnect the electrical connector, remove the screws holding the sensor to the air intake tube, remove the old sensor, install the new sensor, re-install the screws, re-connect the electrical connector.
