Me and the gf just got home from a week in Cuba, and one day I wandered into the parking lot and this was sitting here. 96+ body style in the front, but a double cab (which I don't think I've ever seen?), and a bed that looks like it's from before 88 (with the reverse top lip and tie down hooks on the outside of the bed). The tailgate opened with two latches like you'd find on a bait crate. The driver's side window was made from plexiglass and was full of cracks. Couldn't tell if it was a diesel or gas. 4wd, IFS. Pretty neat looking truck. And no rust at all - the beauty of cuba's weather!

yea i have seen these on africa hunting shows but in 4wd. i love the look and the bed with the old school tie downs, just another sweet rig that was not imported to the US

 

we ran out of room on the memory stick and i could only fit those two pictures. i can post more candid shots of me and my girlfriend loaded in cuba!!
