Did you replace the carpet and if so where did you get it?
It's the original carpet. The original owner, who is a Captain I work with babied this truck it's whole life and now I do too. If your carpet is in ok condition just faded or stained, all you have to do is re-dye your current carpet. And it'll cost you only $7. Look at my thread on the $7 new carpet in the Pre-84 forums...

That switch adjusts the interior lighting kinda like a dimmer. It was there when I got the truck from the old lady and I dought she had it installed so it should be factory.

Pfft, its not the snow I'd be worried about. As long as they don't salt the roads...

Then even your seat mounts rust from the bottom up. Its a PITA, its happened on my 95 truck too, no matter what I coat the mounts or the bolts under the body with. I just don't get it. O yeah... check out that brake pedal too.

What?? Why??
You wanna know what I think is wrong?
Getting a perfectly good 1st gen and chopping it up and making it an extreme offroader when it could just as easily be restored. Chop up an ugly Chevy or Jeep or something!

Is the sunroof cover a pop in deal? I heard the flip up sunroofs came with a pop in cover, but I have never seen one. I want to make one badly!
