That one is OEM. The knob twists and the panel drops out. Hard to find, would be interested to see what you could fab up!!

Getting a perfectly good 1st gen and chopping it up and making it an extreme offroader when it could just as easily be restored. Chop up an ugly Chevy or Jeep or something!
Only in the sense that it's not mine. I just can't believe there are trucks like these out there that basically still look new. I know you've done some work to yours so I guess it's possible that I could get mine looking pretty good, too, but not that good! We've got a bit more rust out here than you do. Not bad, but we do get winter.

I know I was lucky to find a 1st gen in this condition which made the resto much much easier. Looks like the snow is gone for now so I'll detail it and get some better pics. I like how you (83) changed your headlights to the rounds...

Thanks. yeah, the plastics used on the console are kinda cheap, but it dropped right in and provides much more storage than the OEM console... plus the price was right. I've read that the consoles out of the Toyota Sienna minivans are a neat swap (I think someone on Yotatech did the swap)

That's identical to mine! Even the seats. All you need is the black carpet.
