How is your rig set up, an do you like it?
What gears, tires, springs, lockers an so on...............
How you do have it set up and are you happy with it, or is there something you would change?

Hmmm, you can search through all the different build threads, but I'll bite
I've got 4.88 gears and 33's so daily driving isn't horrible, but it isn't the best. I have decent second gear acceleration.
4.88's combined with dual transfer cases works great for offroad gearing
I also have a TRD locker in the rear.
I wouldn't do anything differently except maybe go ARB in the rear instead of the TRD locker just for compatibility issues, if I break a third offroad, I can't just swap in a spare 8" it has to be and elocker 8" third.
If you're interested, check out my build thread:

I've got all the junk in my sig...
I like it, so far. Eventually, I'll do some suspension work for better ride and flex on the trail.
Link to build in sig as well.
Oh yeah, what do you have Sway?

On my 99 Tacoma 2.7 5 speed I've got..
5.29 gearing and front and rear lockrights.
Rolling on 33x10.5 BFG's
Skid plates under the ifs and transfer case
sliders, tube front bumper, custom rear bumper.
Bobbed bed, I've got a toolbox back there for storage since my truck is a single cab.
I'm in the process of putting scion bucket seats in
If I could change anything, it'd be a rear arb instead of a lockright and I'd have a 3.4L v6
plans for 35's and crawl box soon with a SAS eventually.
So, why are you asking us this rather vague question?

I like prerunning, and my rig is built well for that area..Kings, TC Kit, tower to tower support, custom armor blah blah etc etc, but I like rock crawlers and want one....you always want what you don't have eh?

Mods are in my sig. I love it. The only add ons would be a 1" body lift to clear the 33's better, and a cross member skid plate by bud built. And a new winch. In due time this will happen.

Hmm...that's a little to far of a drive for me haha
Of course I'll be there! I went last year, but took a buddy's truck...I'll come out there with my truck this year. Are you going?

I like mine to date. I was considering an SAS,(rebuilding 83axle), But instead for now its lockers and gearing. I will replace suspension bushings and get new shocks, to make the up and down happy. Then F&R bumpers.

I started out with a welded rear and a good set of 33's.. This combination got me a lot of places and I had a blast! I wheeled with the IFS for a couple years and got tired of the front end parts falling apart.
I just completed a SAS using 4" springs that I had around the house with a highsteer kit from Marlin. I've never wheeled a straight axle rig before, and last weekend was my first time. I love it! So much nicer! Feels a lot more stable and Im not worried about trashing the front end. I also stepped up to some 36" TSL tires, which made a heckuva difference. Now I just need lower gearing.
I'm building another offroad truck. I have been for a while. The above truck is a daily driver. The current build includes a complete wiring harness swap to fuel injection, dual t-cases (it is SOOO hard not to rob this out of this truck for the above truck..) RUF and Chevy 63's out back. Low and slow is the aim for this build. We will see!
If I had to do it again, I'd start with a SA frame instead of a SAS. The SA frame has a higher arch up front to clear steering components. With just a 4" lift I noticed my highsteer bars made contact with the frame. If you run the front axle forward a little I think you could get away with small lift on an IFS frame.
