217,000 on my '94 4Runner, may need a new transmission soon, but nothing else is showing signs of quitting.

Thanks!

I 'inherited' this one from my Dad. It was his primary vehicle for nearly 18 years, but between him and myself it's had it's fair share of 1-year breaks in driving.

It's not my primary vehicle, but I sure do love it. Sometimes I catch myself extending projects on the other truck as an excuse to keep driving the 4Runner daily .

And I lied. I thought she was turning 179k yesterday, but she actually turned 178k yesterday on my way to work and now is sitting at 178,042 .

OOOOOOOOOH, LIAR, LIAR, LIARRRRRRRRRR! HAHAHA. Jk, as you can see, I dated mine 400mi more than it was, on accident, ...so no biggie, lol.

Cool hand me down, bud! Enjoy it! Speaking of hands.... I must treat mine right now, as I got a nice steam burn just 10 minutes ago! DANG, it's worse then putting them in boiling water for a second! lol.(Yes, I can do that... I've gotten used to it, haha.) However, STEAM?>> HEEEEECK no! Instant 'OUCH', hahaha. Ok, sorry for the tangent...off to an icebath! lol.

I hear ya! I can handle hot liquids pretty ok (I was a lube-tech at a quickie lube joint for about 4 years. Hot oil'll get you!), not sure about steam though. I've got a couple nice skinned up sections on my fingers now from my CB install in the SD.

Yes. USMC.

My 1980 Benz diesel had nearly 500k before I sold it. I miss that car.

I haven't heard Ghost turds since boot camp. Brings back painful memories.

And hey, you asked for the pic, you get the pic! lol.

Take care, K.A. and be safe, Sir, ...

Just found out I have a 9.8% difference in my 31x10.5R15's over the factory tires (who'd have guessed Toyota originally put 225/75R15's on there! I was trying to find my axle code, haha).

So I guess that puts me at ~195,512 after some math? I'm pretty sure this truck has had 31's it's whole life.

Ouch! I have plenty of bruises and scrapes, but nothing that bad.

I'm going to have to ask for pics of the truck now, too. Or else you get the hose again!
