Alright here's what's going on wake up to go to work and its just idling weird put it in drive and the rpms just drop and its barley stays running you can hear and feel it wanting to die, but as long as I hit the gas it's fine except lose of power. If I stop at a red light stop sign or even to pull into some where to park it dies right away and keeps dieing till I give i stay on the gas. Well I was looking around one line from the purge canister is not hooked up at all at one end and by the front passenger tire from the fire wall there is a rub part that a metal hose fits in and then into a clamp well found the metal pipe/ vacuum line or something barley in and the hose broken off of it and there is a hole next to the starter that has threads in side but nothing there I'm sure that's what got stolen pluse the hose that went to it. I started my truck left it in park and air blows out of the hole by the starter. I think that from the fire wall the metal hollow tube goes in it then the other end snaps in to a clip then a hose goes from that end to some type of a nipple that screws in to that hole please I need help know what to do and what I need to replace all I have is the metal hollow tube that who ever stole the rest of left behind

 

By the way it's a 91 v6 four runner 4x4 automatic 3L

 

Take some pictures of the area you think the missing part is gone from.

Are you sure a vacuum hose just didn`t crack or fall off.
