HELP pulled ignition and arched ignition control module

Please help im on the side of the freeway.89 toyota 22re manuel. The other day i lost my key so i hammered out the ignition .used a screwdriver to start it for 2 days then the tumblers stripped out when i ran out of gas on freeway. So i got gas . removed the ignition control module and it started it up. Then i shut off tightened the battery replaced the dash cover and went to start it again and the module sparked and now nothing. No dash lights no nothing? Any help.

Loose ICM ground connection? Shorted wiring...Blown fuses?
Towing assistance at this point. Freeway strands not safest time to try troubleshooting. Hopefully by now, you've been able to call someone to pick you up.

Replace the blown fuse. Try not to kill another one.

Get it off the freeway first.
