Help identifying wheel brand/model

Hey guys, need help identifying this wheel. Long story short, dropped the spare for the first time since purchasing the truck to put some wind in the tire and check the condition of the wheel. Found this wheel, I like it and would like to get a complete set. Any help would be appreciated. I looked all over the wheel inside and out, no markings as far as I could tell.

Wicked. Thank you! Not sure if I'd want to run trailer wheels on my truck, although trailers are probably subjected to much more abuse than normal wheels. ¯\_ツ_/¯
Thanks again, guys.

They make steel wheels I’m sure for regular use and super cheap too so if you bash one up no big deal.
