grinds when downshifts into 2nd only

grinds when downshifts into 2nd only
I have a 91, 3.0 5 speed toyota pickup. changed tranny oil about 2 months ago and after i did that everytime i downshift into 2nd gear it grinds. I have a feeling something is on its way out. only when downshifting and dosent matter what rpm/speed. can i just get some ideas what this might be.Thanks
(I did a complete clutch job 2 years ago and run mobil one gear oil in tranny/transfer case)

could it still be synchros even it shifts thru all gears just fine. It grinds only when downshifting into 2nd from 3rd 4th or 5th. dosent matter what rpm. If so whats it entail replacing synchros? does each gear have its own synchros? will it tear my tranny apart if i let it go to long?
