Do you Sea Foam and how?

So after hearing a lot of you techers talk of sea foam, I finally decided to pick up a bottle and Im wondering how and why you guys use. It says to put it in the carb., the gas tank, and the oil. It seems crazy to use the same product in all these areas so thats why Im asking.

Miracles of modern science. And, yes I do use. Through the PCV hole, in the gas, and maybe a smidge in the crankcase. Truth is that it's a small amount of petroleum based oil combined with naphtha (lighter fluid) and isopropyl alcohol. No real mystery as to it's constitution, though I have no idea how it works exactly. Solvents are good for loosening (disolving) crud, alcohol can remove moisture, a little extra lube shouldn't hurt much, and all 3 burn well.

I use it both the pcv and the gas tank, but I have never really felt the need to put it in the crankcase. But if you put it in the crankcase just use small amount and change the oil soon there after (500 miles) to get the crud it lossens up out. But I use a whole bottle in the pcv then run a complete tank thru it then I add a whole bottle thru the tank. When you run it thru the pcv you will fumigate the neighbor hood for mosquitos as your truck will smoke like you think the thing is on fire (its kind of cool) but it is just burning up the carbon deposites that were stuck in the intake and cylinders. Running it thru the tank gets it to clean up the injectors and a little bit in the cylinder walls.

There's a video floating around on here that shows you exactly how to do it. It's a good one!
