Got the rig professionally waxed/buffed

Took it to a place that comes highly recommended around here and had the rig cleaned, waxed, buffed and all that jazz.

The bad thing is...now I have what seem to be swirl marks from their buffer, they are curved lines of swirl marks that are about an inch and a half apart on the sides of the hood and rear fender panels...

I think I am going to take it back to them and show them what I mean and see what they say...I'm not sure what to do in this kind of situation...ask them if they can get rid of them, ask them to pay for a new paint job (thatd be pretty nice), see if my insurance will cover, etc..

I mean, the rest of the car looks amazing! But...I just don't think that after forking over $100 I should be seeing MORE swirl marks thare are MORE noticeable than before I took it to them. I mean, the guys there are really nice and I'm not saying that they did it on purpose or were careless I'm just not going to live with the marks that it caused...I tired to take pics of the marks today but it was too hard to get the shot at the right angle with right amount of sunlight without it reflecting back into the camera.

So...any ideas???

Any help will be appreciated!

Positive, I notice every little scratch that comes up on my car. Plus, these look like scratches made my a buffer or some kind of orbital tool.

I will take it to them tomorrow and see what they have to say about it.

I just payed $100 to have my truck detailed after the tar was removed from in incident with the highway dept. and this shop did an incredible job and the paint not only looked new but even felt smooth as glass and for $100 I expected no less.

Also have them claybar the truck, this shop did mine and they said they pulled alot of "old" dirt off the paint and was glad they went the extra mile since I didn't realize my paint was that bad but I do have over 100k and my truck spent it's first 5 years in So Cal so it needed it.
