FYI STC sold to another company
I just got of the phone with STC who makes soft tops for the LC and 4Runners. Seems the owner sold the business to somebody else, they are planning on moving the shop out of Denver and will be out of commission for 8-10 weeks.
I was just calling to get some spare parts for my top but they are all packed up for the move. Seems that the landlord kept raising the rent and they just sold the company. Once the new owners are up and running they will most likely redirect the STC website link.
This not only affects us but all of the other wheelers like Broncos and old Blazers. A shame to see this happen.

At the time that we disigned it the then owner of Kayline wanted to keep the cost down. I wanted to keep the amount of holes in my new truck down so that is what we came up with.
If I had to do it all over again I would make several changes but that was then and this is now. I don't believe the new owners will make any changes, it is a top for a dying breed.
Maybe I should design another one and have somebody make it for me. Cost would be high for the first but after that..................only tiem will tell.
