I'm in process of retrofitting my truck with A/C and a compressor that I have been offered has sat open for awhile. I don't think it has been rained on, but I want to make sure and get any infectious agents out before I install it and replace the compressor oil with fresh stuff.

Any suggestions? A new compressor is just not in the works.
