Figured out why rear dif was noisy

Here’s what replaced it
Out of bottom of axle

old gears, is my best guess. Add in water in axle that I caught only after pinion bearing started squealing. Replaced bearings. Taught a teen how to drive a stick.

Now that I think about it I did hammer on it last Feb. In a frozen over water hole with a rock exit. Had to rock it back and forth with a fair amount of skinny pedal. 👍 probably it.
