Cressida/supra lsd

Can any one tell me if the LSD found in the 1989 cressida is identical to the LSD found in the mk3 supra? I've been reading all over but nothing says for sure. All I care about is the LSD unit itself since I want to swap it into the rear of my 93 4wd. Having a hard time finding supra parts local, but know a guy who has 2 cressida lsd's for sale. I've purchased a kit from weir performance to upgrade spring pressure as well. Hopefully that will fit.

Any help is appreciated.

I apologize for the duplicate threads. If a mod could delete one it would be appreciated. I'm actually surprised to see it posted at all since YT completely shut down for me last night. Anyways, still open to ideas.

Thanks.

I would send Zuk an email. He would be the one that may know the specifics of those applications. Gearinstalls.com, I believe.

Im pretty 99.9% sure the lsd and internals are the same between the MX83 and Supra. If you do swap them you'd have to reshim for backlash and gear tooth contact of course
