Converting Canadian 4Runner to US Spec?
I *may* be getting back into the 4Runner world. I really miss my 1998 that left this world far too early. 
I'm looking at a 1998 4Runner SR5 5-Speed 4wd that's at an Indianapolis new-car dealer. Basically, the dealer thinks it has 187,000 miles, so it's priced at $5,980, but what they don't realize is that it's in KMs, translating into roughly 112,000 miles.
What do I need to get it legal to register? Will there be an inconsistent odometer alert on the title, ala will it show up on the Carfax?
How much will it cost?
