Ok, two more questions.
How much should one cost without an e-locker in comparison to one that has an e-locker?

If i can't find one with an e-locker, can I later put one in it?

Lockers don't seem to affect the cost.

Can be anywhere from $250 for a 'lunchbox' locker installed by yourself in the rear up to $3000 for front/rear ARB's with pro install.

Sorry to bring this thread again out of the gutter. But what about a Tacoma? It seems like most of you guys all have 4runners, is that just because you like a SUV cab better? What is the (main) difference? Should i consider a Tacoma?

The Tacoma shares the driveline with the Runner and it's reliabilty is right on par also. 4Runners are typically a little nicer inside (hence they cost a bit more new) but the big diff is what you want to use it for but either is a great choice.

my dad has a 2000 tacoma trd extended cab its got the 3.4l V6 and auto. and it is a nice truck the only real diffrence between the tacoma and 4runner is the price and passenger room. unless you get the club cab tacoma you wont be hauling people on long trips. if you need a family vehicle get a 4runner but if you just need a truck the tacoma is an excelent choice.

bty as far as price goes my dads truck was 10,000 with 100,000 miles on it.
