I got this newly rebuilt 32/36 that I cannot for life of me get to run right. I adjust the idle down to around 800rpm and a few hours later it will either idle @ 1500 rpms or around 200!?

I need to know the process to change jets and get em right and figure out why my idle keeps changing?
