Can you replace....

Can some one please help me out...I hate the auto shifters in the 4 runner...is there anyway i can replace it with something that isnt so big? And why does it have to be so big and tall? Please some one help this thing is bugging the crap out of me!! its so ugly

i dont think they offer any other shifters

I dont think its really possible to do because of the electronics and the button they use to engage it into drive. Its just as big as a manual shifter maybe thinker yes but why is it such a big deal?
