cam question

I there a way (other than measuring) to tell a factory cam from an aftermarket cam? since i have the head off my truck, im thinking about changing cams.

gnarls i been lookin at enginbldr on ebay. the 268c looks good i just wish he would tell the lobe separation

ive seen it range from108-112 and that changes how the perform alot.
