Body Work ?
OK so I have used bondo and body filler in the past and have never run into this problem but, as of now I am currenty getting bubbles in the bondo about 2 weeks after I do the repair which then casues it to crack and fall off when presure washed, only idea The auto store could come up with is that I have too much as in too think of bondo. Any ideas?

yeah the thing is I'm in the west where it is dry and it is only done inside a garage so I would think it would be too much, if that being the case should I sand it down to the metal and get one of those weld on dent removers?

I went to school for Auto Collision Repair, but have not worked in the field for 12 years. You are not supposed to apply body filler to paint or primer, only to bare metal. Unless the body filler(bondo) products have changed since that time ,this could be your problem......... or as mentioned above you are using too much. As I recall filler should not be more than 1/4 inch thick and thats pushing it. Pull the dent as much as possible.
