Anyone with a header that throws O2 code

Hi, I have a LC Engineering header with the O2 placed back just in front of the cat. When I rev to 2500rpm for two minutes it throws an O2 sensor code. As I have noticed it doesn't throw the code when driving. Any help or ideas , I would appreciate. This is on a 1985 22RE. Thanks

Yes I changed the O2 sensor 200 miles ago. I also retorqued the exhaust manifold nuts. I was wondering if there was an exhaust leak. I can't hear one but is there a better way to find a leaky manufold/header?
