I have some stuff with anodized aluminum, and some of it has scuff marks where the anodizing has worn off. Is there anything wrong with leaving it like this, just letting it oxidize and get dirty?

Would spraying them with some clear coat, or some enamel, protect them and hold to the anodized other parts?

If you dont mind looking at it it realy wont hurt it to stay like that. But if you want to make it look nice then here is something I saw on the TV show Trucks. It is for parts with clear annodize. They were doing trim pcs. Remove said part(s) spray with oven cleaner. Yes oven cleaner. I think they let it set for 10 min. or so. It will remove the annodizing and then you can re-polish the part and clear laquer it. The paint is not as hard as annodize is but way easier to fix. I didthis with some alluminum wheels and the came out looking pretty good. The hard part was polishing them back to a nice shine. (lot's of elbow grease) Gool luck
