If you're gonna be doing RedGreen mods you need to use more of the Handyman's Secret Weapon... silver duct tape...

You ought to extend that tail pipe up to the cab height and cap it with a tractor flip top... dumping it out right behind your head is going to deafen you if it don't kill you first... besides who wants soot in their soup?

IDK gary... I had one of those trucks and let me tell you when my exhaust broke just after the cat it was plenty loud... and smoggy too...
besides if he extended the pipe he could put in a rack to toast the buns a bit...

i chopped off the pipe right after the cat and drove around for a bit in the yota. wasnt that bad. its much louder having the exhaust dumped under the cab on a v8 truck.

In my opinion, with nothing after the cat, the 3vze sounds like poop. All beater-esk...

It was just held down to the tailgate with a ratchet strap but i'm thinking about using an old axle shaft and lug flange to make a mount right there, i figure i'll weld the shaft straight to the bed and give it some support then i can drop the tire on and use 2 lug nuts to hold it

I gotta give it to ya, those are some pretty cool ideas that I would never have thought about and I've been called a "Master-Rigger". I like this last post especially.
