AIR FILTER (What are symptons of bad Air Filter?)
OK all, I have a 95 3.0 runner. I would like to here what you all think the symptons of a dirty air filter would be.

I no what it looks like. Mine is new, I'm asking the symptons of a bad one. My rig runs fine. Just a question Im asking.

As I understand it, a normal air filter will become more and more obstructed causing lower MPG, higher smog ratings and overall crappy performance untill the day it is so cloged the motor won't even run.

problem is, a completely clogged filter might also let particles past, hurting the engine...
