91 4Runner overheating

Hey, new here, bear with me.
Just got the truck, overheating problem when purchased and I have gone through what I needed to do to fix the heads correctly, put back together and still overheating. I have installed all new belts, gaskets, water pump, thermostat..etc..Then pulled the oil cooler off block, found JB weld gunk inside it..cleaned out..still overheating.
Need someone to give suggestions
Thanks

Have the radiator flow checked at a radiator repair shop, you can take them just the radiator to have it checked. If you have replaced the pump and thermostat with new heads, this is probably your issue and maybe what caused it to blow in the first place.
