Keep it Toyota.
Either a custom axle or swap in a Toyota axle.

X2. When you are ready to SAS you will no longer have any questions. Until then use the search button, and ask us the questions that you cannot find in previous posts.

With the questions you're asking, I have to wonder if you really need an SAS... Here are the questions you need to ask first:

What is the current limitation of the vehicle/driver?
Do you have lockers now?
What trails do you want to run?
What tire size?
Do you REALLY want to wheel a rig with that much glass and weight up high on trails where you really need a SAS?
What width do you want to be?

5.38 is the closest Dana ratio to Toyota's 5.29
