Question 33x12.5's on a 7" rim?

I have a set of 33x12.5x15 tires but the rims I have now are 7" wagon rims. What would happen using a 12.5 tire on a 7" rim?

James

Tires will bulge out some and they will be hard to balance. Not recommended.

it'll work on a 7" rim, but an 8" would be optimal.

most tire shops will now warranty or mount 33x12.5's on a 7 inch rim

I mounted a used set of 33 X 12.50 X 15's on a spare set of wheels that I have - balanced on a machine but shakes my runner at speeds above 45 mph. Never tried new tires - I swap these on and go wheel and then swap back to my 31's for normal driving.

I have not tried the 33's since I installed the all pro steering stabilizer though.

Tried that and what I came up with is 33x9.5 or 33x10.5 not 12.5. I have these wheels and tires and I'am going to try it out. If worse comes to worse I will buy new rims, the black AR767's.
