22re distributor install

So I'm in the proses of putting the engine back together after doing a head gasket and new head.
My shop manual says to get the bottom end at #1 TDC the crank marker should be at the 0 mark.
But I just watched a video on you tube by a reputable company that said for fuel injectors 22re engines the crank mark should be at the 5 mark.
What's correct?

I like the first video link below. For a 22re, setting it at the 5 mark, I have been right on when everything goes right.

A Timing Video I like Better. Set Crankshaft pulley to 5 degrees.
