Swapped out some steering components and made some adjustments to pickup. Have 2 questions before getting it aligned.

1) Do I need to set torsion bars to stock setting before having alignment done? In other words, does it affect the alignment? If I adjust them again do I need to get the truck aligned each time?

2) Is the front wheel base wider than the rear on a 94 truck? (mostly just curious), if so, by how much?

 

If you want your torsion bars set back to stock .

By all means do it before the alignment .

I keep my alignment to not tear up the front tires
