There are many third party options out there to upload and post pictures on a forum. Like dropzone mentioned, follow that link and it will guide you to upload a picture. Or if you don't want to sign up for anything, www.tinypic.com has always been very easy to use as well.

Since dropzone already posted a link on how to use Photobucket. I will tell you to steps on how to use www.tinypic.com - Difficulty Level = 1.

1. Go to www.tinypic.com
2. Click on "browse"
3. Find the picture you want to upload.
4. Click "upload now"
5. Copy the link that says "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"
6. Paste this link into your post.

Simple as pie.
