This is my rig. 99 Tacoma, Icon Coilover, Alcan Rear leafs, Tundra Brakes, I made the front bumper, it's a great truck. I want to build it for Overlanding though. The ARB compressor would be just amazing for it.
I've started taking my two year old son on some short trips in the woods lately. I plan on taking him on a couple day trip in the coming days. He loves wheeling!
from my western US trip earlier this year. this is the road to Point Sublime @ Grand Canyon NP. i let my boys drive, as neither had done any 4 wheeling before. good place for them to get some seat-time in.
Ok Duke Silver. Just stoppin to take a leak, stretch his legs, and teach that Cherokee a lesson in respect lol on a bachelor weekend trip in the Table Mesa, Arizona area. This was about 1 day after the SAS and Chevy 64" swap was complete. Welllll drivable haha I'm still workin on it. One thing at a time it's on 34.5's right now but with open diffs. I'd love to run air lockers SOMEday as this is just about a daily driver. A nice onboard compressor would be a great start ... :p I love yota tech! Everyone has been very helpful with info on 3.4 swaps and straight axle swaps. I'm a plumber with very limited vehicle mechanical knowledge. And you guy have all made this dream possible by helping me have the confidence to just build it and figure it out as I go! Can't thank you all enough for taking the time to document, give answers, and even ask dumb questions that I'm too scared to ask haha. It's coming along nicely thanks to everyone here.
Yota for life!

Here's a pic of my son enjoying our 4runner. I plan on dragging my wife up with us to big bear for some snow wheeling before the new year. Thanks for the opportunity.
