I just finished my 3.4 swap from a 1999 4 runner to 1988 4 runner. I used engine transmission and transfer case. One the passengers side of the transfer case there is a large nut with two wires coming out of it. I am assuming a switch of some kind. What is this switch for? Reverse lights, 4 low light, ?????? Any help would be appreciated.

 

Reverse light is on driver's side of tranny.
4WD switch on right side of transfer case.
