ok so i was out farting around on some gravel backroads the other day and my wipers just flicked on by themselves. i didnt hit any hard bumpers or anything like that, my switch was turned off and all that. i cant for the life of me figure out why its doing it. some days it stays off and works just like it should, and other days i pull out of the driveway and bam... they start up. its super annoying when they turn on and its totally dry outside. then i have to park and pull the fuse so i dont look like a complete idiot on the road.

anyone ever have this happen or maybe know how to fix it. right now im getting ready to run a switch to my fuse so if it happens i can just kill it from in the truck.

It would help to know what year ,it could be a number of things causing it.

 

right... lol its a 1991 4x4 ext. cab auto with a 3.0l
