will those 2nd gen Aisin hubs work on 3rd gen?

What I am curious about is if you bothered to search at all for yourself? My guess is no because this is a rudimentary question that has the answer readily available with some basic searching with a or even here on YT.
This thread belongs in the newbie section.
3rd gen 4Runners need a complete kit to be able to switch to manual hubs so your question is irrelevant and incomplete realistically.
Check out Sonoran Steel and Off Road Solutions for info on the parts needed and the details for such a conversion.

No, you need a lot of stuff to make manual hubs work on a third gen. Cost will be some where near a grand.

You need, spindles, hubs, cv's, diff tube. ABS makes it more complicated.
