will an IFS sterring bold on older power steering box?
i have an 1988 pick up and i am currently putting its body on and 1984 frame with strait axle. i was wanting to know if when i change the cabs if i could just bolt up the old style power steering? and would it just be easier to us an IFS pump instead?

well, you can keep all the old steering stuff on the 84 frame, and then connect the linkage from the wheel to the box.
or, you could convert the 84' frame to hi-steer crossover steering.. but thats costs alotta money
