Hi, I need a hitch for my 1994 pickup and I would rather not speed $200 on a new one. The junk yard has gotten in a lot of 4runners due to the cash for clunkers deal. They all have a hitch. My problem is that the part number is different on the company sites. They are different class hitches but I have a feeling that the only difference is that the bumpers are different. This would be fine since I want to build a custom bumper anyway. Does anybody know if the 4runner hitch will bolt up?

 

i am un sure if the hitch will bolt up however the hitch for the 4runner hangs down much farther then the pickups does. It needs to clear the larger lower bumper of the 4runner.

 

Crap that means it is going to drag off road.

 

If you have access to a cut-off and a welder, it could easily be modified to work for your pickup.
